I sampled the test batch house bitter at the Woodbourne last night – a darker bitter with a floral aroma at 3.7 ABV.
Already very drinkable but subject to some tweaks for the final version!

The shortlisted pubs (in alphabetical order) were the Creek, the Falcons Nest Hotel, the Prospect, the Sidings, the White House and the Woodbourne.
The winner was the Whitehouse in Peel who retained the title from last year – despite strong challenges from several other landlords!
The runners up were the Creek and the Woodbourne.
Branch meetings to present the certificates will be scheduled with the landlords.
