Beer Festival: Bay Hotel, Port Erin

There is a Bushys beer festival from Halloween weekend to Bonfire weekend at the Bay Hotel in Port Erin with an interesting mix of a couple of dozen different ales from across Britain, as well as the Bushy’s range.

I dropped in on Friday 28th October and sampled the brew Indus IPA 3.9% offered by Thwaites which was so good I had two!!!! The other UK guest available was not available and had just run out. I guess I will just have to go back again and again – sigh
P.S. The Hunt and The Horn were playing in the grand concert room of the middle bar.
Well, I still haven’t seen a press release so I guess it was just a rumour??
